April is a CFL2 trainer who began this crazy CrossFit journey in 2013. Coming from a non-athletic background, she found that CrossFit equipped her to handle the daily challenges she faces as a mom of five. April brings a unique perspective to coaching having crossfitted through her last two pregnancies. "I want to help other Mom's realize that maintaining fitness through pregnancy, post-partum and beyond can be achieved through CrossFit. " April has experience with not only the training side, but also educating and helping others achieve their nutrition goals.

Eric Locke

Eric has been a part of the CrossFit community for 5 years now. During his introduction to this amazing sport and a one of a kind community Eric decided to become a coach after 18 months of training. He prides himself on his leadership abilities while understanding the needs of each team member's individual needs and path for success. Eric likes to use the philosophy of keep it simple, this has given him the ability to work on the members functional fitness and make the class a fun place to be. I’m his personal time you can find him doing almost anything from SCUBA diving with sharks to building fast street rods. Working with his hands and pushing the envelope is what keeps him going.
